What happens after you get in touch
A director rings you, not a call centre. Which one depends on where you are, and it is the same person throughout — the one who quotes is the one who is still answering the phone in three years. If you already know who covers you, ring them directly from their profile; if you do not, the main number will tell you rather than pass you to whoever is free.
The first conversation is short and mostly questions. What you have now, what breaks, what a day offline actually costs, and when your contracts end. That last one matters more than people expect: an agreement that has rolled past its term at the original rate is the single most common finding we make, and it is worth knowing before anything else is discussed.
Then send a recent itemised bill. Almost everything useful comes out of that rather than out of a specification — the lines nobody uses, the tariffs sized for people who have left, the contract dates, and what the same usage would cost put together properly. You see that comparison before anything is agreed, and nothing changes until you have.
We publish no pricing, and that is deliberate rather than evasive. What a phone system or a connection costs depends on the building, the number of users, what is already in the ground at your address and how long you commit for, and a headline figure that ignores all four would be a number designed to be wrong. What we will do is tell you quickly when something is not worth doing — including when the honest answer is that your current arrangement is fine.
