Keep Your Business Running — No Matter What

Our comprehensive disaster recovery solutions protect your business from unplanned downtime. With automated failover, cloud backup and rapid recovery capabilities, your critical systems stay online when disaster strikes.

Whether it's a hardware failure, cyber attack or natural disaster, our business continuity plans ensure you can recover quickly and minimise disruption to your operations and customers.

The part of continuity planning that gets skipped is testing, and it is the only part that proves anything. A backup that has never been restored is an assumption, and the failure mode is well documented: the job has been reporting success for months while quietly excluding the one folder that mattered. A restore performed on a normal Tuesday, against real data, is worth more than any amount of specification.

It is also worth deciding what actually needs to come back first, because not everything does. Most businesses can operate for a day without the file archive and not for ten minutes without email, the phones or the system that takes orders. Ranking those before an incident turns recovery into a sequence somebody can follow rather than an argument held under pressure at the worst possible moment.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery — Common Questions

How quickly can systems be recovered?

Rapid recovery procedures are designed to bring critical systems back online in minutes rather than hours, depending on the plan you choose and what is being recovered. The number worth agreeing in advance is which systems count as critical, because recovering everything at once is slower than recovering the three things the business genuinely cannot trade without.

Does this cover cyber attacks as well as hardware failure?

Yes. The same continuity plan covers hardware failure, cyber attack and physical disaster, though ransomware adds a specific requirement: backups have to be held where an attacker with access to your network cannot reach and encrypt them too. A backup on the same network as the systems it protects has failed in precisely the scenario it exists for.

How do we know the backups actually work?

By restoring from them, on an ordinary day, against real data. A backup that has never been restored is an assumption rather than a protection, and the standard failure is a job that has reported success for months while silently excluding the one folder that mattered. Testing is the only part of continuity planning that proves anything, and it is the part most often skipped.
