Our depots run 24/7. What happens if a circuit fails?

A site can carry a second path as well as its main circuit, usually 4G or 5G, so there is somewhere for traffic to go while the primary is down. Bandwidth control lets you decide what gets priority on whichever path is carrying the load, and business continuity and disaster recovery cover the case where a system or a site itself is affected rather than just the line. Support is UK-based and runs 24/7, so it matches the hours you keep.

Can you make Wi-Fi work in a warehouse full of racking?

It is a common enough requirement in this sector that we design for it as standard. Large open spans and the metal stacked inside them are among the harder conditions for wireless, so access point placement is worked out for the building in question, including handover between access points as a scanner moves through the aisles.

Can you connect our vehicles as well as our buildings?

Yes. IoT and mobile connectivity from the cab feeds vehicle tracking and telematics, which matters for routing, driver safety and fuel use. It is managed alongside your fixed sites, in one view, with the same director looking after both sides of it.

Do we have to replace our phone system to work with you?

Not necessarily. If the system still does the job, SIP trunking can sit behind it in place of ISDN lines and your existing numbers can be ported across — worth planning now, since the UK PSTN and ISDN network switches off in January 2027 and stop sell is already in force. If you would rather move, cloud telephony on Evonex or Gamma Horizon and Microsoft Teams calling put every depot on one platform, and we still fit and support on-premise NEC systems where that suits the site better.
