Are you paying too much for business telecoms?
Most businesses have not looked properly at their mobile, connectivity and telephony bills in years. Tariffs move, usage changes, and lines quietly stay on plans that stopped making sense a long time ago.
Send us your bills and we will tell you what you are paying, what it would cost through us, and what we would change. In writing, with no obligation.
What we review
Whichever of these apply to you. You do not have to hand over everything at once.
Business mobiles
Tariffs, data allowances and out-of-bundle charges across every connection, plus what each one actually costs against what it is used for.
Connectivity
Broadband, ethernet and leased lines against the bandwidth your sites genuinely need — and whether any of them still lack a failover.
Telephony
Your phone system, call plans and numbering, and whether a hosted platform would do the same job for less.
Microsoft Teams
Whether calling through Teams would replace or sit alongside what you have, and what that does to your licensing.
Network & security
Firewalls, WiFi, remote access and where the gaps are between the sites you have and the people working away from them.
Contracts & renewal dates
What you are committed to and until when, so nothing renews by accident while you are deciding.
How it works
Send us your bills
Recent invoices for whichever services you want looked at. If you are not sure what to send, one bill and a phone call is enough to start.
We review them
We work through the tariffs, usage, contract terms and renewal dates, and check them against what the same services cost today.
You get a written summary
What you are paying, what it would cost through us, what we would change and what we would leave alone. In writing, so you can take it to someone else.
You decide
No obligation. If the answer is that you are already on a good deal, we will tell you that.
What you get
A written summary covering what you currently pay per service and per site, the contract terms and renewal dates we can see, what the same services would cost through us, and where we think the money is going that does not need to.
Where we would not change anything, it says so. A review that recommends replacing everything is a sales pitch, not a review.
Telecoms review — common questions
Does the review cost anything?
No. The review and the written summary are free, and there is no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
What do you need from me?
Recent invoices for the services you want reviewed, and ideally your contract end dates if you have them to hand. If you are not sure what to send, call us on 0330 175 7670 and we will tell you exactly what is useful.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many services and sites are involved. A single mobile account is quick; a multi-site estate with connectivity, telephony and mobiles takes longer. We will give you a timescale when we see what is involved.
Do I have to switch to SCG Solutions?
No. The summary is yours either way. If your current arrangement is already competitive we will say so — telling you otherwise would be a short-lived way to win a customer.
What if I am mid-contract?
That is still worth reviewing. Knowing your renewal dates and what the market looks like before you reach them is the point — it is much harder to negotiate in the last fortnight of a term.
Is this only for large businesses?
No. We work with organisations from a handful of connections upwards, and small estates are often where the per-line overpayment is worst because nobody has looked at them in years.
Start with one bill
You do not need to prepare anything. Send us a recent invoice and we will tell you what else, if anything, we need.
