Our established coverage in Wales is the north east of the country, and it is a manufacturing corridor rather than a rural one. Wrexham Industrial Estate is among the largest in Europe and Deeside Industrial Park among the largest in Wales, with aerospace at Broughton, food production, automotive supply and logistics running across both and over the border into Cheshire. Do you offer support through the medium of Welsh anywhere in Wales?
No. Support is delivered in English, and we would rather state that plainly than let you discover it. For a business dealing with the public in Welsh, or with Welsh-language obligations, that is a real limitation worth weighing. It affects the support relationship rather than the systems, which handle Welsh content without difficulty.
How much of Wales do you genuinely cover?
The north east properly — Wrexham, Deeside, Mold and Flintshire, where Imrul Khandokar is based. Further west and south the distances become substantial, and Swansea is well over a hundred miles away. We would rather describe that honestly than colour in the whole country: coverage is real everywhere, but proximity is not.

The same thing as everywhere else in the UK: the PSTN and ISDN network closes in January 2027 and anything running on it stops working. Stop sell is already in force, so those lines cannot be changed now. Your numbers port across to whatever replaces them, so nothing on your signage or vehicles changes — but installation slots get scarce as the date approaches.
