It depends on the building rather than the street, and in the older parts of central Brighton those two answers diverge a lot. Full fibre availability is good in the city generally, but a converted upper floor can be limited by how the building is wired and by what a landlord will allow. We check the specific address, and where a fibre install is not viable a leased line or a fixed wireless link usually is.
