What initial and ongoing training is provided? We are massive on training. To us, we can help individuals. We can take them from working in utilities or merchant services. If they've worked in telecoms, that's fantastic as well. But training is absolutely huge for us.

So we have an online training portal that covers all of the basics and the foundations of learning from telephony to mobile to cyber. Whatever areas that you need to brush up on, we can help. We can do it personally. So we have partners now based up in Aberdeen, myself in Bolton, down to Bristol, Hertfordshire, that we can do on the job training.

But also then we can do it at our head office in Hertfordshire. So there is as much training as you want online, in person, ongoing, daily. We have Monday calls, wednesday calls, Fridays calls. So if you're into training and you want that access to it, it is phenomenal.

There is as much training as you can ever want.
